Prompt #4: Whatever Works

I just had a conversation with a writer about her approach to NaNoWriMo this year, and I have to say, I heartily approve.

She already had one book in the works, but she’s been having trouble pushing through to the end. Her enthusiasm has lagged to the point where she’s on the edge of throwing this WIP away. I think she’s done enough with the first book to have earned the right to put it away for a while, but she’s done too much work to toss it.
